【IoB Middleware】IoB Symposium Featured in “Magazine for People with Disabilities and Work”

On Wednesday, November 26, the symposium titled “Internet of Brains: A Blueprint for Connecting the Brain to the World”  (held on October 9–10, 2025) was featured in an article by the Magazine for People with Disabilities and Work. The article is titled: “Realizing Communication for People with Disabilities via BMI: Paving the Way for Self-Care for Those with Mental and Developmental Disorders” (only in Japanese).

The article highlights the research on non-invasive BMI (Brain-Machine Interface) conducted by Dr. Shuntaro Sasai of the IoB Middleware Group.

On Thursday, October 9 and Friday, October 10, 2025, the Moonshot Goal 1 Kanai Project held a symposium at Miraikan (The National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation) in Odaiba, Tokyo. The event presented the research results from the project’s five-year “Internet of Brains” initiative.

The two-day program included presentations of research findings, panel discussions, workshops, and demo exhibits, fostering dialogue with a large number of participants.
